    Hi i want to get a Longspine Urchin, Black
    (Diadema savignyi) but i dont know what it is and is not compatible with. Does anyone have some insite into these creatures. ive attached a picture

    Unless your rock work is stable they can be real bulldozers. They are good algeavores, but I prefer other animals to the urchins for that job. JMO.

    still trying to decide but i wanted to know if there would be WWIII in my tank if i got one. do you know the predator/prey list w/ them

    Triggers call them lunch! Nothing in your list of livestock should bother an urchin.

    and visa versa the urchin will not hurt anything

    when you say secure the rock how powerful are they . i have epoxyed alot of my rock and i think its pretty secure. oh and are there any problems w/ any coral
