Well I did something similar to this for a 29 gallon but my biocube sucks so bad that it leaks even after using so much damn silicone XD so I'm thinking of doing a 55 gallon this time around. I'd still like to keep the livestock i had originally planned for my 29 gallon which was this (Edited with additional fish/inverts. This list is bound to possibly change a bit)

    Fish
true percula clown pair (onyx looks cool)
    starry blenny
    firefish
    yellow watchman goby
mandarin or scooter blenny (in due time, but just keeping that open for when I start my fuge)

    Corals
    Kenya Tree
    Devil's finger leather coral
zoas (different kinds of course, any specific ones?)
button polyps (also, any colorful ones out there?)
THE INDESTRUCTIBLE GREEN STAR POLYPS!!! XD
    red mushrooms
    yellow fiji leather coral
    blue mushrooms
    red tip tree coral
maybe some duncans (any other nice LPS corals?)
Maybe a stylophora after i get a little experience keeping softies and LPS

    Inverts
    blood red fire shrimp
    serpent star
    CUC with lots of hermits
Cleaner shrimp (I KNOW that they dont take care of ick; i want it cuz it looks cool)

I suggest more fish since it's softy dominated. They prefer dirtier water. But still add everything slowly

Your additional live stock will fit well in your tank and should have no problems.

Lol softies are great water filter but in my tank they just grow out of control. Anyway I cannot detect nitrate so my sps are still doing good so I believe softies drain all nutrition in water. Some bigger fish will add more nutrition to water

When tank getting old you can add more fish, do not rush...

You could add a Halichoeres species wrasse or a 6 line wrasse along with having the percula pair.
