    Maybe a dumb question?
Can feeding live foods such as live brine or pods introduce ich into our systems?
Is there a proper procedure to avoid this?
    Thanks

Ich is not a parasite for crustaceans so you're safe

I've been growing adult brine for over 12 years now and have not experience this problem.
First of all though, I gut load all brine shrimp before feeding them to a tank, and, I rinse the gut loaded brine in tap water for a minute before feeding them to the tank.
I think that would definitely minimize the possibility of introducing any ich if it were to be present.

As it has been stated, inverts aren't susceptible to crypt. However, they can host it if they come from a system that is infected with it. As long as you know the system that they come from is safe, then I would believe that you are good to go.
