    are you talking about ich, I have never heard it called white spot, but I just checked into it and it seems, as I read it, they are one of the same. So I will bump you up , because I know many have dealt with this, not I, fortunately...but you may also search the threads here useing that key word and I am certain you will find a solution...or many for that matter.

    If you are talking about ich, then we need to know a little bit more actually. What is in your tank for one, and how far a long is the ich? Usually feeding quality foods and keeping the fish "happy" will help your fish survive though.
