link between food and calcium levels?

    Does anyone remember reading an article about the calcium content of certain foods (seaweed, broccoli, flake, etc)? Somewhere I remember seeing a table with calcium content listed, and how the feeding of certain foods would raise the calcium levels in a tank. I'd like to find the article again, or get some feedback as to whether this is true. Thanks!

    I remember see an article like that. but I doubt it would add to the calcium of the tank without just adding a ton of food and letting it rot
