Lighting Efficiency Question...

    With LED lights, if the back and sides of a bowfront tank are painted black, would it increase the efficiency of the lighting inside the tank? Or would it simply not matter.:confused:

    I would think decrease, since black absorbs light. White would actually reflect it though, and would increase it.

    With the angle at which the light is hitting the glass, it makes no difference other than aesthetics.
