Light for frag tank

    I'm setting a frag tank. It is 30 gal. 36 long 12 deep.It is so much fun to frag big corals and watch frags growing. I have SPS, LPS ans softies. In my 125 reef I have T5 and MH. What lights you suggest for that frag tank? MH or T5? And what model and where to buy. Please help. Thanks.

    Mh would be better for SPS..Some people can pull it off with T5HO, but i never had success..Get like a 150w halide light or something and that should be fine.
