    i just did the drop adn walk away scape on my 10 gallon and i like it so far. i can barely see but i have a lot of small sized peices of rock and the pvc is hard to find.

    After putting PVC in my tank...I wouldn't worry about having any. They're like dogs. You buy them all kinds of different toys and they play with your socks (in my experience at least). Just give the little guy plenty of LR rubble and he will build a den in no time.

    here is the new scape. its just now settling.

    FTS, left, middle, right. in that order. still cloudy but you get the idea.

    from what I can see it looks good. Post some more pictures when it clears up. I think your mantis is going to love all those little rock pieces. Also post pictures when you get your mantis. If you get a chance snap some close up pictures while acclimating to help with species identification as well.

    gexx hes gonna love it. dont be worried if you get some diatoms thought they are just eating off the silicates from the PVC

    wow.....that looks like the perfect place for a mantis!

    I have a feeling yours will be very very happy in there. So many little chunks of rubble to push around.
