Urgent Lemon Peel Angel Sick

My lemon peel is swimming and breathing oddly.. Mouth is inflamed and opened at all times. Blood in mouth and gills. My water parameters are perfect, I don't understand why my fish is sick. Wants to eat, but has a hard time.. it looks like it's really painful for her to eat. Not swimming around around like she used to.

 

MY first thought is ammonia burns, but you said your params are perfect.

 

Did it get in a fight with another fish/tank mate? How new is the fish? More details can help. Try feeding high quality frozen food ground up nice and small a couple times a day but make sure not to drive your nutrients though the roof. If it can be VERY easily removed without much harrasing a nice dark quiet quarantine tank might be a good solution, BUT it is not worth the initial stress on the fish it a lot of harrasing has to be done to remove the fish from your display.
