    i am interested in making LED lighting for my marine aquarium, what components would i need? and how would i go about making it?

    I do not think LED lighting as the main source will work. Not the proper spectrums and do not penetrate deep enough. Would not supposrt coral.
    Have you looked at T5's?

    Really? Before PFO went under some of the PAR tests done on Solaris where AMAZING!

    I haven't seen any tests on Aquaillumination's but can't imagine that they are terrible... Pricey but hey..

    But as for me, T5 is where its at until the LEDs prices come down..
