Many others have already taken the leap and bought it.

The difference between an E26 and E27 is the voltage. E26 is 120v and E27 is 240v.

cool, thanx. will buy a couple of them this week. Do you know if 1 remote will control 2-3 bulbs or every control for separate bulb?

What is the size of your tank?

This is what they said about it-

    Hello:

Theoretically the remotes should work with multiple bulbs. However, we've found that they don't always work smoothly this way.

    Regards,
    LEDwholesalers

The tank pictured is a 6g.

So it comes down for me to either 3xboostled par30 or these guys 3xPar38, 1w per led is pretty much yesterday technology, boostled drive their leds at 2w, but they have 5 vs 16 which is pretty much the same, but 30 degrees optics is a sign of leds being too weak, and seems like only rapid drives their Cree at around 3w. Oh boy, choosing the right bulb is so complicated, get a PAR meter asap man plz ;D I really want to spend my money wisely when it comes down to leds. My own opinion after doing some search is that bostled par30 puts out way more light than these guys. just my 2 cents. I like their Sol tank with just 2 bulbs, really wants to see 2xWholesalers lighting up 28-29g cube :)

i saw this on nano reef not my post
I just put the light up and used the par meter on a tripod to get the following readings. Each one was the highest value I could get to stay steady at each level:

Right next to the light (up to 3 inches)- Off the scale, over 2,000
    1ft-750
    2ft-242
    3ft-111
    4ft-64

I'll keep the set up the way it is for a little while if anyone wants me to check anything else

I don't know what to make of these values, so if someone with more experience with LED's wants to chime in and interpret, please do!

I can verify that pmoradi2002's local club, SCMAS, owns a PAR meter and loans it out to it's members as well. This might just be a good excuse to join.
