    well i read the specs and it got me intrested in that light . very nice indeed . i would love to hear some success stories from our people with working with led fixtures befor i invested tho ... i would also like to know how easy the individual leds blow and are they replacable . im currently dealing with a light fixture i cant get repaired .

    LEDs are probably the future for reef lighting,but cost is still very high.The unit in the link gives a dimension of about sixteen inches wide and I would be very skeptical about it lighting anything but a very small reef tank sufficiently.For your needs I would look into T-5.

    Yeah 1 wouldn't be enough. I should have mentioned that I would get 2 of them. And maybe some of the small led strips to fill in the dark spots.

    I might just build one myself though...
