Keeping light from fuge to skimmer section

    Anyone have a nice looking way of keeping the light inside your fuge? I hate having to clean the coralline from the skimmer.

    i have the light on the same side of my skimmer and point it in the other direction. also i have heard of people putting small pumps, to circulate water more, in the sump in place where the don't want coralline growth.

    Flow encourages coralline growth actually.Alot of people use black acrylic to divide the fuge section of the sump to avoid light hitting your skimmer.
