    A buddy of mine started dipping everything he gets, and he got this lovely surprise yesterday. Luckily I have never got one of these.

    You guys are going to have to change the way you swap corals man there seem to be more coral STD's now then I ever recall and a simple dip leads to a false sensce of secuirty I think .

    That came from an actual STORE! Not a hobbiest!!! That same frag had zoa eating spider, nudibranch and something else if I remember correctly. Its in a QT now.

    Stores are not immune to the bugs either especially those that buy corals from hobbiests and other sources that are infested.

    ive been in fish stores where they sometimes have dead fish in the tanks for hours before they take it out. i try to stay away from those stores.​

    Those were purchased from a supplier, not a hobbiest. It just goes to show how much you need to dip, quarantine, dip again, quarantine, dip again etc etc before it touches your display.
