So far so good--I keep the AC at 78. I also have a ceiling fan that I can run, as it gets hot here in Fl. The tank stays between 76 and 78. Hope we don't lose the electricity--then it will be a different story.

Tank temp stays at 80 in day 79ish at night. We keep the ac at 73 24/7. With the curtains closed and the sump in the cool basemaent everything is great.

I keep my AC @ 75-76, and tank stays between 75-78. no problems here. I'm more worried about power outages throughout the rest of the hurricane season. maybe we'll get lucky again like last year.

My tanks are doing great, but my electric bill for running the AC is not doing so well. =/

The main tanks are doing fine, ac at 78, tanks are staying fairly constant at 78-79. Now a small tank we have in the kitchen is a different story, it is running around 82. I am running a airstone in that tank as well as keeping the lid open.....

I say no because, even with fans it is hard to keep the temp below 79-80. I have been keeping only the actinics on. The problem is that my tank is up against a west facing wall so the whole 2nd half of the day it is baked by the sun...not fun.

Also, the tank itself is looking a bit dull...lol need to go buy some new stuff ;)
