Is this nuisance algae or green coraline?

    This tank was rebuilt about three weeks old but had established live rock seeding it. Only one snail in the tank, no other creatures intentionally placed in there. I had some diatoms and used rowaphos and a protein skimmer and it all went away except on the power head pictured below. The rocks had some purple coraline and what not, nothing green until today. One tiny piece of gha on the power head and the rocks have lightly coated several rocks. Is this pending gha?

    Looks like slime algae or green hair algae.
