is this crab reef safe?

    Hi i found this crab in a small coral between the polyps it blended into the coral i got him out and im holding it in a cup so i would like to know if its reef safe or not if yes ill get him back in the tank?? thanks

    Look up images on acroporal crab maybe. Also chucks addiction has a ton of hitch hiker crab info.

    I was just looking for a little bit and couldn't find an accurate ID. I did find one on wet web and they were not able to ID it as well. I tried. Sorry I'm no help.

    i looked all over too, couldn't find one that looked similar enough to make a solid decision! he is an awesome little dude though, i'll be taggin along to see if anyone finds anything, i hope you can keep it.
