Everyone knows about the green algae that grows on the aquarium glass. I have this problem and i ususlly clean the glass with a mag float every 3 days or so, but there are spots along the back glass that i cannot reach. Does this algae pose as a threat to anything in the aquarium? If i let it grow or whatever, what does it turn into usually?

Get an extendable scraper with a blade attachment--Petco sells one for 12.00 (I know I work there part time)--I bought one and it works great--has 3 attachments--sand rake, scraper and algae pad.
