Is this a rare African Blue Midas Blenny?

Just wondering if anyone knows if this is an african blue midas blenny. Or is it a golden midas blenny? Is it somewhat rare?

My LFS labelled it in chinese as a 'blue blenny' as opposed to 'golden' one, and the shipment came from the Maldives/Indian Ocean area.

I've always wanted a normal Midas blenny, but I wouldn't mind picking one of these up tomorrow if its a rare find.

Well it's a win/win then! If you want a midas blenny..get it! if it turns out to be the rare one..even better! lol sorry I couldn't be more help..

Hahha, thanks for the insight, however - i decided to pass on this one. I went to the store, and it didnt look quite blue, nor did it look quite golden... more like 'ugly brown'. Even if it WAS supposed to be rare, it just didn't appeal to me.

Oh well, the fish stores here get new fish daily, i guess i'll sit around and wait for the next shipments.
