Is my torch coral healthy?

    My Lfs gave this to me for free since it was kinda in a bad shape at the shop, so the aunty was letting me try if i could make it any better in my tank. ;D

    ( it's the third day in my tank now )

    Looks OK to me!
    Try to get it in a spot with low flow. Torch's love low flow ;)

    ?? i don't think it's dying...the two heads on the side are dead but the middle two look okay

    let me show you a picture of my tank , and u guys can determine if the flow and lighting is okay? :eek:

    it's on the btm left. i have a ehiem ecco external filter that produces almost no current. which is why i have the powerhead/ wave maker at the top. it's a 30 gallons with 4x24 T5 lights.

    The two dead ends will not effect the middle one which look good in the pic. They are all separate. It does not mean they will all die. It all depends if it is happy with your tank and where you place it in your tank. I would suggest a round pvs piece for support and put the sand. You can even break off the dead pieces if you are careful not too mess with the healthy part

    i have a picture of the full tank. I am very new with corals, so is that position fine?

    can't really tell if the flow is okay from a picture lol but as long as it's not gettin beat around by the current it should be okay..just enough to gently wave the tentacles

    hmm i think the term '' gently wave the tentacles'' fits better :p
    what about the position at the bottom? too far from lights?
