    All of this helps and we did another small water change today!

    BUT GUESS WHAT I FOUND IN MY SUMP? I don't actually know if it's the problem, but I just found a rusty screw in my sumo???? That can't be good!

    Yes, they can heal from a "gaping mouth" but once they start to melt that's game over. I believe you will bring it back to good health. Your very devoted and caring. I had a nem previous and due to my lack of knowledge I basically got rid of it to soon. But during that short time I read and read, its all I would do. So, take this as a learning curve, bring it back and don't rush it. They are tougher than we believe.
