    Definitely get t-5's, anemone's do much better in that kind of light.

    that would not be necessary, this anemone doesnt require that much light it will be fine under the current lights. t5's wouldnt hurt but arent necessary

    Compact lights are OK for them depending on the depth of your tank.They can survive in low lighting such as compact lighting but I guarentee they wont live a very happy life.In my experience,T5's really make them expand and keep their color vivid,and yes...they move and move and move again till they get that right spot where there's plenty of light and wont get swept away by the current.
