that rock is pretty great. I;ve seen stony LPS and SPS on it as well as mantis shrimp, and every other kind of mobile invert. Its amazing.

I'll be interested. I don't really care for dry/base rock.

I like life too. I have worms, pods, dusters and everything in between.

However, I am not a huge supporter of companies that harvest directly from the ocean, but that's not always practical in this hobby. I try and buy recycled live rock, tank raised frags and fish whenever I can. Granted that's my choice and not mine to make for you.

I like to support sustainability. It benefits everyone.

In their about us section they say that they put half a million pounds of rock in the ocean about 15 years ago and are just selling the rock that they put in there. So, at least they are not destroying naturally made reefs.

Its mariculture activity like this that really contributes to wild reefs as well.

Oh wow, hmm. My 75 gal has all DIY,I have no pods, no worms, no little snails etc. I have very few little dusters. But only 25or so hermit crabs. I would love more life...maybe I should buy some of this rock.
