Is it Ich?

I have 2 clowns, Yellow eyed tang, and an orange spot goby. The other night when my daylights turned off my tang had a lot of white spots on him. I turned the daylights back on and I couldn't really see them. Is it ich? Can you see ich with daylight on? I do have white base rock that does give off white dust when I clean the tank.

My water params are good. Every fish is swimming great and eating. My tang does float on it's side at night which isn't normal and also was getting beat up by my baby clown for a day. The clown hasn't attached him in a couple of days.

Whats going on?

 

Ich can be hard to see sometimes unless you catch it at a certain angle.
