Is food safe to use??

Just a quick question. I feed spirulina brine shrimp (frozen) to my fish. I forgot and left it out last night after feeding. I put it back in the freezer this morning and was wondering if it was still good to use. I dont want to feed if it could possibly hurt my fish. It is a 2 1/2 hr round trip to get more which i dont mind but if it is still good I don't see any sense in throwing it away.

 

I wouldnt. If it defrosted, then it started to rot, which means it will now be full of nasty stuff that you wouldn't want in your tank.
