It appears that my Lemon peel angel may have an internal parasite. I was hoping to get an ID on it so I can find the appropriate treatment.

First, on Friday the fish was transferred from a 60 gallon tank to my new 260gallon tank. Fish appeared happy and healthy until this afternoon when I noticed it hanging out behind one of the two rock formations. Very unusual since it is a very active swimmer.

Upon closer inspection I noticed what looks like multiple translucent worm projecting from it's anus. They range from 1/4" to 1/2" projection and there appears to be about half a dozen exposed. I've also noticed that respiration of the fish has significantly increased.

Here are some pictures. As clear as I could get unfortunately. Thanks for the help in advance.
