    Out of curiosity, what constituents/trace elements are in it besides the obvious (Ca+, Na+, Cl-). Concentrations?

    Been using instant ocean since I started I tried reef crystals and dident like the results

    Take a look at brightwell as well, but it really depends on what corals you have.

    I don't have any yet. I'm in the process of bringing down my nitrates and and diatoms naturally, first.

    My LFS told me I should switch form Instant Ocean to TM because Instant Ocean was not as good for Corals. Anyone hear anything to support this statement?

    I alternate between I/O and RC, I have used I/O since 1996.
