    when i make new batches of saltwater should i make it like a day before i should add becasue i read that new saltwater is toxic.. need help please

    Mix it one day inadvance with a PH, heater(if needed) and an air stone.

    It really does not matter as long as the salt is completely dissolved. If you have the time add a powerhead and circulate the new water to raise the oxygen but its not that big a deal. More importantly you need to try and match the salinity, pH and temperature as close as possible, especially if its a large water change.
