I know after seeing the picture you are wondering if i posted the wrong picture or if am a complete imbecile. Truth of it, i bought 10 frags from an online vendor, 1 acropora and 9 zoas. I immediately found the acropora i ordered and then began to wonder why this zoa looked so..... stony.

Needless to say i don't know what this is and therefore not sure how to care for it. If a better picture is required let me know. TIA

It's an acropora that hasn't colored up yet. Give it light and flow. That's a fresh cut too, yikes.

Seems like where it's at is ok, let it acclimate for a week or two, if your not seeing any PE in a week change flow first (don't blast it) and then location. ;)

Polyp extension. I agree with coralline 100% plus she's the queen of PE.
