ID this coral please

Hi

Can anybody ID this coral? And tell me if it looks healthy?

 

Looks like a Scolymia or Trachyphyllia. In either case it looks somewhat bleached, might have received too much light. This coral does not need the most intense lighting. Supplemental target feeding is beneficial.

 

Okay thanks...Yes I did have it higher up in the tank...but maybe about a week ago I moved it down to the sand on a base.

I think you are right about Trachyphyllia...googled that and found some images that looked very similar.
