Not a great pic, this one was top down, alittle blurry.
It's got purple and lavender colors, almost strawberry shortcake color.

I would say milli but I can't positively ID.
Could be rainbow milli or strawberry shortcake.

you got to get clearer pics for an ID. Turn your pumps off when you take the pic from the top.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Where did you get the piece?

The branches are stubbier than I see with most RP but it could be an RP from under intense lighting, or a close type not specifically RP.

Guess we will see after other images.

    I like it though.

It came from a local reefer/friend- goes by Norg screen name.
Might be a good idea to ask him, I'll give him a call and/or PM.
He was breaking down some tanks, and gave it to me.
When I got it, it ws very pale and no polyp extension, I thought it was dead. Seems like months, now it looks great! My pics don't do the real colors any justice.
I'll also try and get a better pic today when the lights are on.
The piece is becoming one of my favorite now

I'm gonna side with the guy who provided the frag. :)

However, I am a bit confused by the thread title. Millepora is a species of the Acropora genus. That's to say, all milli's are acros. Acropora millepora. And there's A LOT of different Acropora species.
