ID needed plz

    anyone have any idea what this might be? was told this is a elephant nose coral but he isnt 100% sure.. thanks in advance.:)

    I'm sorry but I have to disagree with the identification. I don't believe that it is Oxypora or even Mycedium(elephant nose) as the corallites on elephant nose always face outward! I believe this to be a member of the Echinophyllia genera!

    interesting read might be elephant nose after all, was wondering since i was told elephant nose has long sweeper but i have not seen it since i got it. but according to the article its a rarity for sweepers to come out.

    looks quite nice under actinic though purple ring with green dots.
