Resolved ID for an ameoba worm

    I admit, I have done 0 searching to find this. I just don't have time right now (some may have noticed I haven't been online lately).

    Anyway, I was replacing rock. One rock had to go, but it had zoa's on it. So I ended up inspecting closely. I found this.

    When I tried to frag the small piece off with zoa's, the rock broke in half revealing this.

    I am sad to say I nuked it... I just didn't have a place for this rock anymore. I really didn't want to but I was tired after having worked on the rebuild all day (check out my build thread for pics of that).

    But I would still like to know what it is.

    i have had one of those in my tank also, it is some kind of flat worm, i didn't trust it so i took it out of the system. I did some research and only thing that comes back that looks like that is a flat worm that is predatory of t. squamosa clams

    That's it. That pic at the bottom is it exactly. An amazing creature to have and not even realize it... I've had that (apparently) for over a year without knowing!

    crazy.
