That may be it, are these bad?

I think its it, after looking around. I will double check tomorrow, are these know to be upside down + hid in shadows.

circus gobies are awesome. If you got a hitchhiking circus goby, count yourself lucky. And yep they swim upside down, sideways, anyway. Hence the name

    New ID please:

I was looking around with a flash light and i found a worm looking guy doing 100MPH all around he seems to swim freely. He is Pink with a white head about .5 inches. I have a picture just no cord and i will upload tomorrow if no positive ID.

it sounds kind of like a circus goby, I have one, they are super cute! Very secretive though, mine has been reef safe, I've had him for about 3 years now. Google image search it and see if that looks the same.

Sounds a bristleworm epitoke. That's how they reproduce. The back part of their body changes into a worm that can swim. They swim like they are on crack and then they dissolve or explode sending gametes into the water column.

Depending on the species of annelid that is reproducing, the epitoke may have retained it's bristles, it may not have. It may be smooth, it may be segmented.

Other than large fireworms or large Eunicid worms, I just let things like this go.
