While at one of my lfs, I noticed white spots on one of there tangs, also the jaw seemed t[VMEO][/VMEO]o be disformed, can ick parasites cause this? I went back a few days later and I'm guessing parasites ate right to the bone

That looks more like physical damage to me.

Coral banded shrimp might do that at night, but I doubt it. Most likely, they got it in with the injury, or it happened in transit.

They have had that tang in for 2 weeks they added the cleaner shrimp a week after they got in the tang and the next day they noticed white spots and then the mouth, I saw the next day which ithe pic shows much worse than previous day. The cleaner shrimp was all over him when he had the white spots. Which it seemed he was doing his job, maybe adding the cleaner shrimp stressed him but that doesnt explain the mouth, maybe the coral banded got ahold not sure. Thanks for input.
