Unfortuanatly my reef just came down with ich and has killed everything in 2 days but a cleaner wrasse and 2 firefish. I have read several posts and am pretty sure the Fire angel intruduced ich into the tank, and switching from MH lighting system to a LED lighting system is probably anther cause.

Anyways I have delt with ich in fresh water but never in salt. My questions are.

1 Do I really have to wait weeks to add more fish?
2 I saw my cleaner wrasse actually remove Ich from my angel and tang are
    Cleaner Wrasses imune to ich?

I have lost a Fire Angel, Tomini Tang, 2x clowns, yellow damsel, redheaded goby and a barnical blenny.

Welp, if the Cleaner did not fix your other fish..... You could dose the tank with Rid Ich.....Or you could wait out the Life Cycle of Ich.

To wait it out the system has to be completely empty of fish. If not, the ich will keep up its life cycle and attach to the remaining fish again. To truly treat it, you have to QT them.
