    where can i find a good replacement ballast for my ice cap 250w metal halide. what does everyone use. having lighting issues

    Either Sunlight Supply or Lumatek are very good brands. CoralVue is pretty good as well.

    MarineDepot.com is a good place to start.

    The designer of the icecap ballast went to coralvue after icecap shut down.

    My IceCap had issues and I switched to Lumatek. I couldn't be happier. My halide bulbs look new even after 9 months.

    well i just got the coralvue and wired it all up today and must say pretty easy to do and works just fine only time will tell
