    Dont be, Ive ordered many fish online, Yet to have a DOA. In fact Ive had very sensitive fish shipped.

    We counted the styrofoam containers, from ordering online, that are stacked up in the garage. We are up to 27 containers :x.

    Indeed, alot of the corals i got came in a different thing, it was like a bubble wrap thing...

    Cold Pak (brand name) is most likely what the bubble wrap stuff your talking about is. Google it, the story behind it is pretty cool. We use them for nearly all out shipping. It's best, and designed for, cold stuff though.

    Every single fish is shipped in a bag. 80%-90% of all fish in the US took 24-36 hour flights to get here, and then most are reshipped to the LFS or online dealer. In BZA case the fish are shipped to thier exporter, picked up and bagged at BZA.

    Live Aquaria is shipped directly from the wholesaler cutting the LFS/online leg of the journey out.
