    i have a tank with pre-drilled holes one is 2" and 4 other holes are 1 3/4" for the return. what size bulkheads would fit in these holes and how big would the inside hole of the bulkheads be?

    A 1 3/4" inch hole is for a 1" bulkhead. I have no idea what the 2" hole would be for. You sure it's not 2 3/8"? That would be for a 1 1/2" bulkhead.
