I picked him up on wednesday and he has been doing great. All I know is he is some type of prawn goby. Also I saw a larger one at the LFS in there show tank that had darker coloring and was about 6". Here is a picture

+1 wheeler's for sure, had one of these about 6 years ago- these and carpet anemone's do not play well together.

I don't think it is a wheeler's. On liveaquaria it says they only get 3in but mine is 3in right now and the larger one I saw in the show tank was almost twice that. Also, I just looked at more pictures of Wheeler's shrimp gobies and none of them look like mine at all.

Alright, I asked the LFS owner and he told me that it was a "red tiger watchman", I did some google searches and nothing came up, no links or pictures. Is this just an incorrect name or do I have a really rare goby? Oh and I am sure he is not a wheeler's goby or pinkbar.

I figured it out, I saw a link on blue zoo, did a google search and found the exact name. He is a metallic shrimp goby (amblyeleotris latifasciata)
Here is a link to a picture, they look exactly the same IMO http://www.travel-images.com/pht/mal-u56.jpg
