I flooded my kitchen a couple of months ago. Forgot to turn it off went to the store and came home to a big mess and an upset girlfriend. Wish i had gotten home before her.

I know the feeling, I like to make RO only water to drink, I forget about it and my heart skips a beat and I run downstairs. Sure enough there is water all over the dryer, and running down the drain. not cool.

My storage container has a float valve which is pretty nice.

Glad I'm not the only one who has done it. Probably 3 times before I got the auto shutoff float deal. I suggest everyone get one if you have an RO. Will save a huge headache later

Haha yeah we are still together. She is actually the one who got me into this hobby. Once I move out of this apartment I will invest in a more permanent ro setup.

I flooded the kitchen floor so many times all my water making activities have been banished to the garage.
