    Well...where do I start?

After killing off 4 clowns, things seemed to be looking good in my tank. Now my Coral Beauty is all pale looking, swimming erratically, and his lips are white.

Bi-colored Blenny, and yellow tailed damsel are fine. So are the inverts (hermit crabs).

    Water params are fine.

Coral Beauty never ate the falling flake food, he would pick it off the bottom...but he has been eating.

Any ideas people? This is getting expensive!

My food is aquadine. Green and red flake.

I don't think he'll last long enough for me to get some Formula Two. He's now "kissing" the surface and is overly active...mouth always open.

    dammit...

RIP coral beauty........... Just took him out of the tank.

Apparently, there's some kind of parasite in the tank, and copper doesn't get rid of it.

Do you have well or city water? I apologize if it's been asked before but I have a friend who has been having a heck of a time keeping anything in his tank. He's on well water but even with an R.O./D.I. filter, we believe that some sulphur is getting through.

Buffer wouldn't do anything but raise the alk/ph of the r.o. water. Are you on a well or city water?

I'm on city water. I don't have my own ro/di unit. I buy it bottled at the store.
