How Oftern Do you Perform Water Changes?

I do a water change every month about... A wopping 1/2 gallon.... Man its alot of work.....

 

LOL, probably looking for something to do with the tank!!!

 

We do a 5 or 10 gallon change every saturday on our 72....

You said your 1/2 gallon water change was a lot of work... I just said your probably looking for something to do with the tank Just chuckling about how you said it was a lot of work...

 

LMAO!!!!! Not much too do but sit and stare at it.. I did take my lame coral background off and paint it all black.. Hopefully it looks decent..

 

In my 30g I do 2 5g changes a week.

 

No water changes here. Everything is very stable.

 

I useualy change out 50 gallons every month , ( It was always habbit and being anal about doing regular water changes ).
Since the gas crunch/exspense of every thing it seems , I've been cutting back
( less salt mix used ).

So i plan on going 6 to 8 weeks atleast now , trying to break my self of the habbit ya know. LOL !

Any way now i just been keeping water for top off and such now as needed , the system evaparates atleast 2 gallons a
day.

Although i don't keep my barrel here covered i useualy keep the water agitated , don't like still water and helps to airate it .

 

every week %10 for now, later may be every other week. furthermore no change a mount hopefully.
