how much should i sell my frags to my lfs for?

i have two kenya tree frags and possibly a finger leather coral frag if i decide to frag it so im at
kenya tree x1--1.5 to 2 inch tall with three branches
Kenya tree x1--bout .75 inch tall
finger leather x1--.75 inch across at least and 1 inch tall
ricordea mushroom x1--(very small, like smaller than eraser so i dont think theyll want it)
GSP x1--(small frag like 10 polyps)
red motipora x1--.5 inch square frag

so how much do you think i could get with this stuff? individually and total if you can.

 

come on people. at least an estimate?i really want to know so i can haggle with them for a better price then what they want to give me.

 

Most LFS will try to get them pennies on the dollar so they can make a profit. Try exchanging them instead of selling. My LFS always gives me half the price that she sells it for.

Most "fraggers" will sell frags at $5 each. All depends on the coral too.

I can't even give away Kenya trees, Last week I threw out at least a pound of them. I was glad it was cold enough outside to freeze them in the trash can.

 

+1, the above mentioned corals are all fast growers and are often readily avalible so even at $5 a pop thats alot for such small sizes, try grow them out abit and then you might be able to ask for more

 

they said three dollars for each. so im gonna take it. then i can pick out of their 10 dollar frag tank i think it would be worth it.

 

Agreed, throw them out larger, Then youll get more bang for your buck, but as them being smaller frags, I doubt they will give you to much for it.
