I just picked up a ATB 1050a cone skimmer with the airstar 1300 pump, was 1200.00 bux and i can say im 100% sure ill be happy with it cause i have the atb 840 cone on my 90 and it performs 2-3 times better than my euroreef rs135 did (i liked my euro reef too). The 1050 will be for a 250 gallon marineland, the rough times times are over for me and my basement is nearly complete so im gathering my equipment. :)

I paid 400 for my euro reef rs-135, I like it much more then the coral life 225 super skimmer which I sold for the euro reef.

If I had to buy the gate valve , waste collector and stand The bullet 2 would be about $600.
Luckily I got all my stuff used.
    I voted new price.

I am going to get back with you all..... I was getting really aggrevated with this skimmer as it wasnt pulling much off and there was not a lot of bubbles.

It seemed like when I first got the skimmer I LOVED it. Then it seemed like I was not happy! So after this post I took the skimmer apart and cleaned it. The skimmer is only about 4-5 months old

When I got to the pump that is responsible for the bubbles I found a snail shell in there...so it was blocking it off! Cleaned it out, cleaned the skimmer and all connections...and I already have skimmate in the cup! ;D So will tell you more tomorrow

45 bucks. CPR BAK PAK 2+R factory seconds direct from CPR. Works great easy to adjust, fairly quiet, brings out dark stinky skimmate. Absolutely got my moneys worth.

I have an old style ETSS 600XR. New, they are around $450. I paid $100 for mine...another $95 for the Mag 9.5 to run it. Great skimmer. Squirrely to dial in, but once there.....Wonnnnnnderful.
