    I have been in this addiction for the last 18 months. It is not a hobby, I don't care what anyone says. In 18 months I have had a 40G, 24G and a 75G (at one time) with only the 75G now. My 4 year was the ONLY kid at The Aquarium of the Pacific not yelling "look mommy, it's Nemo!!", he referred to them as clownfish! I was so proud.

    10 years fresh at least then salt for 5 and this time around another 2yrs salt raising corals for sale 1year though. Your right this is not a hobby its an obsession!!!!!

    I know what you mean. My 3 and 4 year old are the only kid that look at the fish and corals and don't run around tapping on the glass...

    I'd smack my 2 and 5 yr old in the head I cought them tapping on the glass. Helps when the bottom of the tank if 3' off the ground.

    lmao. I know what you mean. My lfs knows my kids by name.. Plus he gives them candy... Maybe there good because he bribes them...........

    FOR REAL...my granddaughter gets a, "LOOK WITH YOUR EYES, NOT WITH YOUR HANDS" and a, "DO NOT PUT YOUR FINGERS ON THE TANK". Then I tell her, "That's your sign!"............ I think after 3 years she's getting it!
