how do i get rid of this worm!!!

    I have worms in my tank which i can't to get rid of. Here's the pic!! Please tell me how to kill them!! or get rid of them!

    seriously though... Inwall is right keep it.... I thought they were a problem until recently too but they are important part of the clean up crew
