I've been looking a lot into marine fish's dietary needs and it seems like the best way to go is to do homemade food. Does anyone have a good recipe or a list of things to add into their diet to vary it from commercial food?

Variety is always good, but it all depend on what livestock you have.

Mine is seafood mix from store with nori and vitamins, then run threw a food processor, placed an a bad, stuck in the freezer and pressed flat. Then I break off what I need, defrost it a glass of tank water, drain and then feed to the tank

Geekafied made his own food a couple of months ago. You may want to use the search feature to see what he put in it.

I think the post was, "Does anyone make their own food" or something similar.
