    Hello i got 2 new 14000k 150 watt mh bulbs. one is blue when i turn on and one is yellow they are both the same bulbs but the coulor is different? is it my fixture or the bulb?

    My fixtures are the coralife clip on lights. and if it is the bulb should i return it?. half a nice blue tank and half a crapy yellow does not look to good. lol

    Well, if you bought both marked as 14K, i would return the one that isn't 14K.

    Both of them came as 14k same box same everything but one is yellow

    i think you have a bad bulb, change them around and see if it may be the ballast if the bulb is still yellow its bad

    Tried different fixture and it is yellow i called and they will refund my money so i can get a new bulb
