Your tank isnt a reef, is it? There are always Ich medications that have copper and formalin. As for the injured tang, put the qt up and just make sure he keeps eating. And keep params perfect.

I suggest setting up a qt perform daily small water changes, and you can buy some ammo lock or prime to make sure there is no ammonia, building up in your qt tank

If you have that amount of fish in your 29 gallon you have to get rid of some fish.

    How big is your tank?
How long has it been set up?
    What is your water params?
How long have they had ich, are you treating for it? If this isnt a reef, you can always treat with copper or hyposalinity

Once treated with copper, you can NEVER have inverts or corals.

I would'nt treat with copper if you ever want to keep inverts or corals in the tank. The copper can bond with the silicone seal in the tank

I'd work on one problem at a time. Keep in mind that the live rock that you have in the medication tank will never be able to be used on a reef due to remnants of copper etc. For Ich just try to keep him eating. I hear Nori is a good seaweed for tangs. And it has garlic to stimulate their appetite. Maybe after he heals some, you could try the copper medications. Ask your LFS (if you trust them) what you should do.
